We bought the apartment new in 2020 and furnished it according to our own ideas: a sleek whole, with Scandinavian style elements, which flow smoothly from the kitchen to the living room.

Both bedrooms overlook the golf course, with the impressive Sierras as a backdrop. Rest well and wake up in peace.

The front terrace offers easy access to and from the swimming pool, which is reserved for the residents of the 36 apartments. 

The golf clubhouse, which is freely accessible to all residents, is located less than 100m from the apartment and is easily accessible on foot.

The direct and automatic access to the underground car parking is connected to the apartment via the elevator or by the stairs.
